Our group organizes casual rides for lesbian identified women. We discover different parts of Chicagoland with the emphasis on fun, exploration and light exercise. Rides will more often than not be in the slow range of 8 to 12 mph and will in most cases use off street trails, streets with bike lanes or side streets designated as bike routes. This is the first group on meetup dedicated to RC autocross. Bring your fast RC car and race around a tight, winding, and high speed autocross course set up in a parking lot. A laser timing system will record lap times and trap speed. Classes will be separated by number of battery cells and a Nitro category, as well as Unlimited which takes all. I attended the 2010 Cycle World, International Motorcycle Show in Rosemont. While I was there, I noticed there was an area called Women's Center. It was a show feature designed specifically for women riders. I thought, "finally, a place where I can get some answers!" The expert female motorcyclists from Women's Motorcycling Foundation (WMF) were very knowledgeable. I tried on riding gear that actually fit!
