Night Ride to South Mountain

It's hot. It's really hot. So let's hide from the sun and take an evening ride from North Phoenix and drive thru town to South Mountain.

The westside meetup will be at 7:00 pm at Sonic so we can grab a bite to eat and have time for some pre-ride chatting. Stands will be up at 7:45 pm so we can make it to the park in plenty of time before they close off the top which happens usually at 9:30 pm.

The eastside meetup will also be at 7:00 pm at the In-n-Out Burger at 1650 S. Stapley in Mesa, which is just south of the US-60 Superstition Freeway.

Both groups will be meeting up around 8:15 pm at the gas station on Central and Baseline, southeast corner.

South Mountain is a great place to enjoy the evening as it offers a spectacular view of the city lights at night.

This will be a nice easy paced ride, everyone should ride up South Mountain at their own pace. Please note that the final stop on South Mountain will be the summit on the north side overlooking downtown.
